Supervision & More
One of the most rewarding parts of Kim's professional experience has been supporting other social workers as they learn and grow in this field. The work we do is incredible, both in beautiful and challenging ways. Depending on your current needs and goals, Kim would love to be a guide in your professional journey as a Clinical Supervisor, EMDR Consultant, or Professional Mentor.

Whether you have just completed your EMDR Basic Training and aren't feeling confident in how to start integrating the technique, are looking to complete consultation hours towards your Certification, or have a particularly challenging case you'd like some feedback on, Kim is available for both individual and group consultation.
Her specialty areas include:

PROFESSIONAL MENTORSHIP
Are you taking the first step to start your private practice? Are you feeling overwhelmed by insurance billing or how to create systems to support your practice? Are you fully licensed but still want to "talk shop" and get support as you grow your skills and explore professional growth opportunities? Consider a Professional Mentorship with Kim.
As a Mentor, Kim serves as a role model, advisor, and coach to her Mentees. Through the Mentorship, she will share important lessons learned along the way as she navigated larger systems, private practice, insurance billing, self-care, professional boundaries, and more. Kim offers a free 15-30 minutes "meet and greet" to discuss potential goals for this relationship which can hopefully grow into on-going, flexible relationship for continued support depending on your personal and professional goals. NOTE: Mentorship is not Clinical Supervision.
